101.5 degrees F is nothing...My last p4 idled at around 127 degrees :pYeah but my hard drive is below 50 F. :eek:

You are quite mistake, this second preview is near feature complete. It needs some polishing, but for the most part it's nearly ready to be shipped.
Sorry, but it is nowhere near ready to be shipped. It easily needs another 3-6 months. It's still buggy, has performance issues and many features are still missing.

The front page was down for a couple of minutes today. It wouldn't load at all for a minute or two.
We were experiencing some sluggishness yesterday and briefly took the front page down in order to reboot the server right at the time you reported the downtime. That seemed to have perked things up, but obviously we want to avoid having to reboot things. :)

I have one and it works great. Video files (H.264/MOV) can be used in iTunes and iMovie, and you can Airplay them to your Apple TV 2 with excellent results.
I don't know about the battery life. I don't seem to have to charge it very often.
This could almost replace a "normal" camcorder but for two reasons:
(1) No optical zoom
(2) Poor low-light performance
For me it's a good supplement to my normal camcorder.

This happens from time to time with some of my e-mail accounts, too... It happens because the server is down, for whatever reason... I normally just hit 'escape' and let the account be offline for a while (you'll see a ~ symbol or a ! in a triangle next to the accounts inbox (and all folders on an IMAP account)). Then when you assume the server is back up you just hit the ~ and then 'check mail', and assuming you keep your password on the keychain you will not have to re-enter the password (if the server requests it, chances are it's still down, just try again a bit later). If the sign is the ! then you'll, get a 'go online' question...

Last time I jailbrok was my 3G, Now I have an i4 with 4.3.2 and when they went untethered recently I jailbroke.
I havent used many themes long enough to be sure, so this might just be the theme I'm using. However with the Aquarium theme, and I suspect many others, every day I get several banner ads that pop up in the background, behind the icons.
What the heck is the deal with that? I don't need what should be a static background image pulling web content to serve me up ads.
Is this a thing the developer of the theme controls, is it a consequence of having the jailbreak, or something else?
More importantly how do I turn it off.
I searched the forum but could not find a thread that covered this.

Have to agree with everyone here. Bought ram to max out my dual 533, my dual 1.8 and this dual amd x2 here. Customer service is great, shipping is quick. Have yet to RMA anything.

To intall in your MBP, the bare drive is all you need. There are four mounting nubby screws on the old drive you need to move to the new drive. Use a #6 Torx driver to remove them. Easy.

A good friend of mine really wants an iPod mini, and I thought it would be nice to get her one for Christmas. Problem is that you can't get them anywhere anymore. Apple had some for a while on the refurb section of their website, but they are all gone now and the only place I have seen them is on Ebay for like $250+!:eek: I don't really want to pay that much, so I thought I would see if there was anyone here who has one is good condition that they might feel like selling? Any color is fine, although she would prefer green. Also, if anyone knows of a place where one can still buy new/refurbished iPod minis, I would be interested in hearing about that too.

OK your page has forms. I know how to make forms, I just don't know how to send the results to a database that can be used to send to later. I am just creating this website for a client. I do not want to have to be involved every time they want to send something from a MailChimp account. I am pretty sure they are not going to want to use a MailChimp account themselves. I don't think they would know how. They just want to be able to go to their email and send an email update to people.....and what if it is over 2000 people?
